 Be with the party of joy

 Festive processions begin from horizons

Prismatic  rays lighted  the landscape

The prince from “Venice of the east” in joy

“Wow, the charms of my land.

Kuttanaden Kayal and green fields shine

With dancing steps of Kathakali style

O The charms of my land

Its in the vicinity of the Arabian sea.

Let us join with the crowning-

 Prince from  “Venice of the east”  in joy…

Hey, be with the party of joy

Wow, the charms of my land.

Evergreen village streets, always in  my dreams

Cocos  and Arecas  as  thatching umbrellas

Ornamented with spadix of flowers  and tender nuts

 Beat the drums, you beat the drums

 Make “Arpoo Arpoo Iroo”sounds

 Tuskers will make the triumphs

 Wow, the charms of my land.

 Showering petals from swaying trees

In the dance of rain and welcome breeze.

Speed birds in a line ,vital force of the land.

Splashing beads with oars at highs

In midstream,  boatmen  makes diamond garlands

For the Beauties staging “ thiruvathira” aside.

Near backwaters “child to old ” at one age

Cheer ups,The charms of the Boat race

The Mountain parrots, sickle billed beaks

Harvesting surplus paddy  grains

Astonished to see,  the gifts of the prince
